Returns

For health and safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell opened supplement products. Therefore, opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original, unopened condition with all original packaging intact.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Krayon Fuel™.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product.

Free Sample Program

Free sample products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Any shipping charges paid to receive a free sample are non-refundable.
