The Mission Behind Krayon Fuel
Founded by Recon Marine Chris Baker, Krayon Fuel is a pre-workout brand built around purposeful formulation, clear product information, and a commitment to the veteran community.
Our name comes from the crayon-eater joke that Marines have made their own. It reflects our sense of humor and our roots. Preparation, accountability, and looking after the people beside you are the values we bring to building the company.
Chris brings over a decade in pharmaceutical sales to the formulation process. That experience shapes how we examine mechanisms of action—how an ingredient works—alongside ingredient forms, serving amounts, and the strengths and limits of the research. Every ingredient should have a clear purpose, with careful thought given to how it fits into the complete formula.
I wanted to build a company that could continue serving the veteran community.
Our first flavor is Berry Bomb Lemonade. The formula is finalized, tub artwork is complete, and trademark license agreements have been signed. As we prepare for First Deployment, we’re sharing milestones and explaining the decisions behind the build.
