Meet Chris Baker

I’m the founder of Krayon Fuel. This page is not about a supplement formula. It is about where I came from, why I started this company, and the standard I’m trying to live up to while building it.

My Background

Before The Company

Before Krayon Fuel, I served as a Recon Marine. I spent years in an environment where preparation mattered, excuses did not carry much weight, and the people beside you had to know they could depend on you.

What stayed with me most was not a title or a uniform. It was the standard: do your job, take responsibility, remain composed when conditions become difficult, and look after the person next to you.

Leaving that world meant figuring out where those lessons belonged next. I knew I wanted to build something of my own, but I didn’t begin with a perfect plan, a large team, or years of experience in the supplement industry.

I didn’t know every step. I only knew that waiting would never build anything.

So I started. I asked questions, studied formulas, contacted manufacturers, revised labels, made mistakes, corrected them, and kept moving forward.

Krayon Fuel is the result of taking action before everything felt comfortable or certain.

Why I Started

More Than A Business Idea

Starting a pre-workout company was the vehicle. The deeper motivation was to build something real, accept responsibility for it publicly, and create a company capable of making an impact beyond the product.

01

Create Something Real

I wanted to build a physical product and a real company from the ground up—not spend another year talking about what I might do someday.

02

Earn Trust Personally

I’m putting my face, my name, and my decisions in front of the public. When something needs correcting, I want to own it directly.

03

Keep Serving

I didn’t just want to build a pre-workout. I wanted to build a company that could continue serving the veteran community.

04

Show What It Takes

I want people following this journey to see that progress begins before confidence, certainty, or perfect conditions arrive.

The Real Process

Building From Zero

The polished launch photo rarely tells the full story. Behind it are dozens of decisions, revisions, delays, financial risks, and moments where you question whether you are getting it right.

I’ve shared errors I could have hidden. I have explained why formulas changed. I’ve shown packaging revisions and talked openly about what I’m still learning.

That does not mean every decision will be perfect. It means I will not pretend perfection was there from the beginning.

01

Start Before Ready

Take the first real step instead of waiting for certainty.

02

Learn Publicly

Share the questions, revisions, decisions, and corrections.

03

Own The Mistakes

Correct problems directly instead of hiding behind the brand.

04

Keep Moving

Let consistency carry the project when motivation disappears.

My Commitment

Put My Name Behind It

I’m not building Krayon Fuel from behind a corporate logo. I am showing you who is making the decisions and why those decisions are being made.

That means being honest when something changes, being clear about what the company can and cannot promise, and accepting responsibility for the standard attached to the Krayon Fuel name.

The goal is not to appear flawless. The goal is to build something worth trusting.

A Note From Me

Thanks For Following Along

I know there are countless supplement brands asking for your attention. I do not take it lightly when someone watches a video, visits this site, joins the First Wave, or offers honest feedback.

Krayon Fuel is still at the beginning. There is a long way to go, and that is exactly why I am documenting it now.

Whether you become a customer or simply follow the journey, thank you for being here.
